As a holistic therapist and private practice owner and consultant, my focus is on empowering people to move confidently, mindfully, and authentically towards their empowered future.
I take an integrative approach, as I see optimal health as a result of the mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and material aspects that impact the quality of your life experience. My style is eclectic, drawing from various evidence-based practices and treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal, and may be tailored at a client’s request to include projective tools such as tarot and oracle cards to develop clarity and confidence in personal intuition, decision-making, self-awareness, and self-compassion.
I have worked in public and private sector positions over the last decade, becoming specialized in addiction, men’s and women’s trauma, developmental trauma, intimate partner violence, grief/loss, attachment/intimacy disorders, and the nuts and bolts of running a private practice.
